It didn't have any influence upon ragtime whatsoever. They were two musical forms which developed independently.
Blues, jazz and ragtime developed simultaneously in the Southern United States.

Chuck Berry was the first great rock & roll musician, not a jazz musician.
Rock may have had some aspects come from Jazz, but it hasn't turned "into" rock persay. Jazz music is very different from the Rock genre in many ways. If rock was developed from any genre, it would be more closely due to blues, country, and gospel. Hope this helps.
Jazz was an influence on early rock and roll and many of the musicians who first recorded rock and roll came from the jazz field, such as guitarist Franny Beecher, who plays the guitar solo on Haley's original 1954 recording, and who cut his teeth in the Benny Goodman Orchestra. So Razzle Dazzle has some jazz influences, though it's not per se a jazz song. (And it should never be confused with the song of the same title from the musical Chicago).
