Who wasted more money in theVietnam war democratic countries or communist countries?

The term "wasted" might not be the accurate term; spent might be more accurate. The US spent more money by a long shot! The US dropped nearly 3 times as many bombs in the Vietnam War than they did in all of WWII. The US lost well over 4,000 helicopters and 2,000 jet aircraft. Just a very small sampling of what the communist forces did not expend nor lose in the war.

What does theVietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington d c look like plus what is it made of?

The wall is shaped like a "V," with the tallest portions at the apex and getting shorter as if goes out in each direction to the east and west. The wall itself is polished granite, so that when you look at the inscribed names, you also see a reflection of yourself among the names.

What do the terms Charlie Chuck Mr Charles and Vc refer to from theVietnam war?

During the Viet War the US Military phonetic alphabet was Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Golf, etc. In WWII "Echo" was "Easy." During the war, NVA transmitted over the radio was November Victor Alpha. VC was Victor Charlie. US personnel were Uniform Sierra, etc. Killed in action was Kilo India Alpha; Wounded in Action was Whiskey India Alpha. Charlie, Chuck, Mr. Charles, etc. as long as someone could make out the letter "C" that was all that mattered. Of course during normal conversation (not on the radio) Chuck, Charlie, Sir Charles, etc. everyone knew it meant either Communists or Cong (Viet Cong).

Why was Australia involved in theVietnam War?

To prevent Russian backed communist from taking over South Vietnam after already controlling North Vietnam because America was scared of a big bad terrible thing call "communism" and that if one Asian country went communist that all the Asian countries would turn communist and turn against America and also because we (Australia) signed a treaty with the Americans and that treaty included backing up the USA at war so they could do the same with us, that's why people looked in disgust at the returned soldiers because it wasn't our war to fight it wasn't even Americas war it was a civil war between north and south Vietnam but as usual the fu****g Americans have to have the piece of the of the pie in everything they do but as you already probably know the stupid Americans never backed us when Japan bombed Darwin because it was an "inconvenience" to American soldiers. No matter what anyone tells you there was no real threat towards Australia, America or even Britain and is why America should just but out of others peoples business
