Lots of cardio like running, biking and swimming. Also, cut down on sugar and potato chips and stuff like that. More veggies. Less meat. Get the picture? By doing this I went from 280 pounds to 102 pounds in only 2 months. This is a diet you can NOT skip. Change your life. Today. I know how it is, but you CAN do it. I had no hope, but look at me now... well you can't... but still..... (:

If you surely need dressing, then go for low calories dressing.

For 13 years, I was stuck behind a desk all day long and under high stress at my job. These two factors are the worst when it pertains to gaining weight. I was eating right and got in the habit of drinking more than 8 glasses of water a day, but it wasn't keeping off the weight. Our bodies are not built to stay in a prone position for several hours at a time. Our bodies are "fine-oiled machines" that are meant to be moving during the day and resting at night. It took alot of trials and tribulations, but so far, I've lost 20 pounds and I'm still losing. This is after I tried everything on the market. I always had trouble losing weight but I finally found something that actually works. I am sharing a website with a free video that has done wonders for me. The routine is only about 8 minutes long. Remember, one of the keys to burning fat is to burn more calories than you take in!

The most popular diets on the last few years have been diets where you try cut down your carbohydrate intake and make your body get its energy from fat cells and muscle tissue. These diets include Atkins, Paleo and Keto, which all try to emphasize eating lots of meat, eggs and other high protein products which have really low amount of carbohydrates. These diets do still have their bad sides and it is not recommended to maintain such a diet for long time, since ketosis (the state where your body is suffering from not getting enough carbohydrates) can be potentially life threatening.

There are also diets that restrict your caloric intake massively, forcing your body to once again burn as much fat cells as possible, like the Cambridge diet. These diets can also have their negative side effects, since it can drastically harm your metabolism if you keep it going on for too long.

The most wise form of dieting is probably counting your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) with a calculator you can find by googling 'TDEE calculator', putting your information in to there and then taking 250 to 500 calories out of the number the calculator gives you. This way you lose a steady 1 to 2 pounds per week, without losing too much muscle tissue and without harming your metabolism in the process. Then just remember to stay hydrated, eat a lot of vegetables and other fiber heavy products and eating tons of protein. This is probably the best and most safe form of dieting and I would personally recommend this diet to everyone.

I am sue there are "extreme"ways to lose weight very fast, but the problem is that these methods are usually very unhealthy for us.

My suggestion is to try a Fructose (sugar) free diet for six weeks and you will see very rapid weight loss in just the first few weeks.

You do need to understand what effect Fructose has on our bodies, but once you get an understanding of that, this is just the most amazing weight loss method I have come across.

Personally, I lost 3 kilograms (6 pounds) in the first two weeks, 10 Kilograms (22 pounds in the first eighty weeks, and so far 15 kilograms (30 odd pounds) since I started this six months ago.

A great healthy option for weight loss, and a much healthier lifestyle.

When snacking between meals eat fruit or low fat snacks - keeping track of what you have eaten can also help you lose weight. Or you can join a weight lose class i.e WeightWatchers Or Rosemary Conley for help losing weight.
