There is no telling. TAke it to someone who has diagnoistic equipment. Check your firing order. If you re-connected one of the wires to the wrong cylinder, it will run out of sync. make sure the spar plugs are put in in correct order

It could be caused by not getting the spark plug boot on quite right after replacing the plug wires.
