Answer stalling milliniummy 95 stalls at 3 4 and has stored a p1195 code. the code has more than one meaning .here are two i recently found. generic p1195 refers to man air fuel metering whiuch requires you to exchange the orings on the injectors, decarbonize the intake and throttlebody, which requires removingthose parts.

Mazda specfic p1195 is egr boost. ijust found that one les than an hour ago. this one youll need to check the voltage, the lift or position sensor, and the egr resistance . god luck i think im close to solving my problems finally.

well i have a 1995 Mazda milly s with the miller engine and it started to do that stalling at 2 and 1/2 rpm... i would temporarily fix it by putting it in neutral, turn it off then back on... but through time it got worse.

then i changed my spark plugs and 3 months down the road it hasn't stalled anymore so try changing your spark plugs. it might help

Remove the neg battery cable for 30 seconds. This should work on all pre '96 cars as long as there are no more problems with the car.

if the distributor is not firing. check to see if your engines compression; if compression is at zero, then you need a new engine. Mazda millenia, 626, ford probe have this problem.

This was happening to me and the check engine light came on as well. NO. if you replace the fuel filter, it will have NO effect on the flashing ce lite. how bout get the codes scanned, and THEN see why it is flashing? using the guess method to diagnose a problem with the millenia doesnt work

Check your oil level first, could be low on oil and causing your valvetrain to clatter a bit... (not a good thing at all)

Sounds more like an air issue. Check the air intake hose (between the air filter box & engines intake manifold)

It can be a lot of things, more than likely a cylinder is misfiring, but you will need to have a computer hooked up to it to be sure. It could be something simple like a wire.
