divorce
i dont know where you are from...but i would call a lawyer at your first chance and ask them! I'd be so mad at my ex husband!
false, he and sheri have been married for 27 years.
It is always possible to sue for divorce, even if your husband is in jail. If he has turned out to be a criminal, and you didn't know that when you married him, you could certainly argue that he married you under false pretences. I believe that the court would be sympathetic.
He is not your husband. You can only be married to one person at a time in the United States. It is against the law to knowingly marry while still married to another person. That crime is called bigamy. It is difficult to erroneously "think" you are divorced when you have never received a judgment of divorce or participated in a divorce action. In Nevada a divorced person who applies for a marriage license must attest that the divorce is final, provide the date of the divorce and the location (city and state) where they were divorced. To provide false information is a violation of law. He must have lied on the marriage license application when he "married" you. He should make an appointment with an attorney to determine what he needs to do to rectify the situation. You should accept that he is legally married to his wife until he obtains a valid divorce.
Shane conrad is not married to anyone. joyce sasnett Joyce I don't know why you are running around the net spreading false information. Shane has been married for quite some time. Not only is he married he has adleast one child if not two.
I don't know if it is considered relinquishing his rights, but if the child is his, he is still responsible for financial support of his child. Also, by putting "no children" in your divorce papers, you need to check with an attorney because putting false information can result in your divorce being declared null and void. In other words, you may be declared still legally married. And, I believe putting false information on legal documents is a crime.
