Unless you are receiving Social Security or Veterans Disability benefits, you will not be receiving a separate stimulus check this year.
If you did not receive the maximum stimulus last year and are eligible for more based on your 2008 return, that amount was already included in your refund check or used to reduce the tax due. The Making Work Pay credit will be credited to you when you file your 2009 return and 2009 withholding rates have been reduced to account for this.
No extra checks are scheduled to go out in the year 2010 at this time 05/11/2010 06:30 AM.
Yes - delayed
When will I get my stimulations check
No
Yes, but it must be filed by the extension date (October 15).
Pretty sure the only requirement to get the stimulus check is you have to file taxes for last year 2007.
As far as I can tell, the stimulus check is more about the taxes you paid. The amount you would get is calculated on the amount of income and taxes you paid.
Regarding the new 1.9 trillion dollar stimulus bill sign into law March 11 2021: if your parents don't claim you as a dependent and you file 2019 or 2020 taxes, you should be eligible to get a stimulus check.
If you received the stimulus cheque before you separated, you each report 50%. If you received it after you seaparated, you must claim all 100% yourself.

If you mean the stimulus payment, no. It is based on your timely filed 2007 tax return.
Taxes must be filed or in the mail by midnight on April 15th, every year.
April 15th is when yearly taxes are due. although an extension can be filed
It depends. For more information go to the H & R Block website: http://digits.hrblock.com/taxrebate/ They have a podcast that explains it all. Or you can contact the H & R Block site that filed your tax return.

Starting Thursday, millions of grandparents and retirees will see a $250 raise to their usual Social Security funds. The months long wait for stimulus payments for seniors, as part of the stimulus bill passed February, is now over, CNN reports. Nearly 55 million seniors and retirees will receive the $250 one-time payment between now and June 4, 2009. Most of the checks have been sent out this week. (May 11, 2009). Payment will either be received as a separate check, in addition to Social Security payments, or appear in accounts as a direct deposit.
