So long as they're healthy and not causing problems with your jaw, there's no need to have wisdom teeth removed. Everyone's teeth are different, so any decision to keep or remove wisdom teeth should be made in conjunction with your dentist and/or orthodontist.

You should have wisdom teeth removed if they are causing pain or are having a negative impact on other teeth - or are likely to do any of these things in the future. Otherwise, there is no problem in leaving them alone!

As a dentist I suggest getting them pulled when you are younger, that way they will heal faster, but you should get them pulled when ever you feel some pain with them, there's honestly no need for them

They should only need to be pulled if they are causing a problem. If there is no problem then they are perfectly good teeth to keep.

Not everyone has their wisdom teeth removed. If you do have to have your wisdom teeth removed, find a doctor that knows what they are doing and try to get them all removed at the same time. Most doctors will use laughing gas for sedation. Some doctors will put you fully to sleep to remove the wisdom teeth. Recovery is about three to four days with a soft diet.
