i had this problem. the fuse box is on the left side of the steering wheel. you have to open the driver side door and there is a panel you have to pull hard on to pop it off then all the fuses will be right there.
Check both the fuses under the left side of the dashboaed, near the hood releae and don't forget to check the relays right next to the fuse box. See if any of the relays are unusully warm (may be grounding out)

You will find the fuse box just under the steering column near where you release the hood. open it up and on the inside of the panel, there will be a diagram for the fuses. Match up the right fuse and replace. You can just pull out the fuse with your fingers or with a small plastic device made for pulling fuses (much easier this way).
Right by the oil filter.

yes, of course. there are 4 fuses, one each for low beams and one each for high beams. the fuse box is under the dash, inside the cabin, all the way over by the lefthand (driver's side in usa) door. the fuses are in a single row and are numbered, from 1, from left to right. fuse 1 is left low beam, fuse 2 is right low beam, fuse 11 is left high beam, fuse 12 is right high beam.
