front
There are two different rotors for the Jeep Wrangler. Measure your wheel studs, should be either 1 1/2" or 1 1/8" long. Make sure you get the rotors that go with the length of the studs. If you get the wrong rotors they will fit but the wheels will lock up when you tighten the lug nuts.
If you don't repair your front brakes, your back brakes will wear down faster. This will cost you more money in the long run. It's probably important to have all your brakes working.
Depends on your driving habits.

They need replaced when they wear out.
The short shoe (primary) faces the front. The long shoe (secondary) faces the rear.
It would take an average of about 20 minutes for both (about 10 a piece) but it all depends, on what kind of car is it, what type of brakes, and are you a good mechanic?
