Yes she did around November 2010. She's in rehab for emotional and physical issues. People say that she has been cutting herself for some time now, but Demi denied it by saying its because of the Jelly Bracelets she wears. Its also claimed that she had an eating disorder. Poor Demi.She also shared her story live on G.M.A with Robin Roberts a while ago and she said the only reason she kept on getting out of bed trying to help herself was because of her younger sister(and also they don't call it a rehab center they call it a Help Center.
