If you're talking about J.C. Bach, Mozart met him in London during his 1763-66 family trip around Europe.
If you're talking about the original Bach, he didn't.
JS Bach lived from 1685 to 1750. Mozart wasn't born until 1756, 7 years after JS Bach's death.

Bach influenced a lot of people including Mozart
Mozart and Beethoven were of the 'Classical' music era (although Beethoven actually bridged the Classical and Romantic periods), whilst Bach was purely of the Baroque era. Also, Mozart and Beethoven met each other, with Mozart actually giving Beethoven his first lesson in composition. Bach actually died six years before Mozart was even born.
Bach was born first, by more than 80 years.
I believe that Mozart's Only true teacher that is known was his father, Leopold Mozart. There are rumors that JC. Bach helped him in his efforts but that is not proven although they did meet sometimes. JC Bach is one of the sons of the famous Johann Sebastian Bach.
