The Wall the album 1979 the Movie the Wall 1982
It depends on if your talking about the movie, or the album. The Wall album came out 1979. The Wall movie came out 1982. I own both so I read it off of that to be sure.
This has to be the best Pink Floyd Album ever made! Another Brick in the Wall was released November 30, 1979 in the United Kingdom and eight days later released in the United States.

I think 1980
Another Brick in the Wall is by the Pink Floyd bass player. It is on The wall.
Pink Floyd Those lyrics are from the song "Another Brick in the Wall" by Pink Floyd.
Pink Floyd sings the song "Another Brick in the Wall, Pt. 2" which includes the line, "Hey, teacher, leave those kids alone!"
The story of behind another brick in the wall is pretty political. It's supposed to be about how government trys to makes you into a brick (i.e. a perfect citizen) and lines you up with all the other "bricks", making a wall. And it talks about how Pink (Pink Floyd), is just another citizen trying to be perfected by authority, making a perfect country.
"Thick As A Brick" by Jethro Tull "Another Brick In The Wall" by Pink Floyd "Brick House" by The Commodores. "Follow the Yellow-Brick Road"
