Virtually every delegate signed on August 2, 1776. Only John Hancock signed it on July 4, 1776. James Madison did NOT sign the Declaration of Independence, however he was a signer of the Constitution.

The Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Continental Congress on the 4th of July, 1776. The copy that is most considered the official document, was signed on August 2, 1776. This copy is on display at the National Archives.
