Parents have become lazy and unwilling to spend the time with their children to help them realize you shouldn't take the easy way out because sometimes life is hard. You have to learn to deal with different situations and instead of just taking the easy way out.

Bullying is a contemporary issue. However, bullying is not just a contemporary issue. It is actually a very old problem. But what is different is that more people are aware of bullying now, and we now have electronic bullying which can increase the impact of bullying.
The issue is if bullying get to its point kids want to suicide. And it Will also lead to unable to learn.

Bullying is not some harmless social game, as many still seem to believe.There should be no tolerance for bullying.When does bullying become a legal issue?It is much harder to determine when the police and/or courts should get involved.If the no tolerance rule was followed consistently this couldn't happen.

There is information available from local counselling and mental health associations as well as from local governments and libraries. Searching the web can be a very helpful source of information on bullying as well.
Absolutely. Bullying hurts people emotionally, and anything that hurts people (or any living thing) is morally wrong.
