The Black Death arrived in England in June of 1348 and was mostly over in December of 1349.
The Black Death was a specific outbreak of the Bubonic Plague, which recurred many times until the first effective treatments were developed during the 20th century. The next outbreak in England after the Black Death was in 1361-1362. There were many other outbreaks after that. One of the last, perhaps the last, was a very bad outbreak hit London in 1665-1666.
