The Boston Tea party took place on December 16, 1773, as part of a protest against British taxes.

During the night, The "Sons of Liberty" were disguised as Mohawk Indians and went onto three ships (Dartmouth, Eleanor, and Beaver). These colonists/patriots dumped the tea into Boston Harbor. On land, other colonists were cheering for them.
