Level 30, you get a skill called "Over Limit". Then you use an arcane arte, and hold down the "A" button. That should trigger your mystic arte.
if she has a (high) art start it and while she's chanting hold "B" and it should work (only if the red bar is filled)
Most likely not.

you cant.
the same way you did on the first game
It's too early to tell, but my guess would be no. from another tales of symphonia gamer...It is possible. If there was another it probably wouldn't be about Lloyd and his party. It would be like after the world declines and dies like Ratatosk said.
no, but if it's your first time beating the game then why keep it? You do know that once you beat tales of symphonia (1 or 2) you can restart with extra stuff right? just tryin to help.
it came out the 11th of nov so it probably won't be for another week!
After plugging in two (2) GameCube Controllers (any kind), go to the menu by pressing "Y." Put whichever character you want to play as (Player 2) in the second slot on the menu. Now go to "Techs." Go to the second slot character and press "Start" until that person is set to "Manual" or "Semi-Auto" (however you play, it just depends). Now you can play two player on Tales of Symphonia. NOTE--- It works relitively the same on Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World as well.
You might want to turn up the brightness in your T.V or whatever your using to play the game to make it easier to see
You have to have the statue and a crusader monster (he's a short white dude with a sword). Equip the statue and evolve him boom you have a Sword Dancer. I dont remember which statue you need but you have to synthesize it.
1st you have to have the unison attack, then put 2 or more certain techniques together, for example, with Genis and Raine, Genis use Ground Dasher then immediately use Raine's Ray then it will make Prism Stars.
