No matter what age or in school. Child Support is until 18 years of age.
No, child support ends at age 18 or graduates from high school, but not further than age 19.
It depends on how the CS orders are written - if they are written to include support while the child attends college, then you pay until you hit the cut off. If college was not stipulated in the orders - you need to pay until the child finishes High School and turns 18.
Who is paying for the school? Is it a scholarship or a relative? As long as it is not the person required to pay child support it really doesn't matter. The child still needs clothes, uniforms, health insurance, all sorts of things. Sorry, you don't get out of paying child support based on where the kid goes to school.
No. Once that child is 18, he/she is considered an adult and no longer a child. Once they are 18, and graduated from high school, you no longer need to pay for child support. It does not matter if he/she is working and moved out. You do not need to pay any more.
A college connection participant is a high school student that is working with a college. It makes the transition from high school to college easier on the student.
Age 18 or end of high school
Your legal obligations are set forth in the child support order. You need to review it.
NO ... if your parents are divorcing or not the responsibility is on the student ... your patents don't have to fund your education weather that be elementary or collage ... if you are collecting child support then the parent who is paying said said support MUST pay till the age of 23 if said child is still in school ...
Maybe you should go to "college" to figure that out. Otherwise, typically the answer is no. Most parents stop paying child support once the child is either 18 or finishes high school--whichever is later.
I would seek volunteers from a local high school or college or art school..
She did not go to college. Some sources say she took a course or two at a local community college, but there is not much evidence to support that claim. What we do know is she wanted to be an entertainer, and right after high school, she began working to achieve that goal.
