Toronto can get snow from about the middle of October to the end of April. But the most of the snow falls within the two coldest months of January and February where the daily high is usually just below freezing. During the winter Toronto has a lot of temperature fluctuations so the snow dose not really stay for a prolonged period but the snow starts to melt and stay gone around the end of February.
