Update: Originally, it was unsure if the game was even going to be made, but the Sly Collection for PS3 contained a teaser for it. After this the rumors began to settle down, with people beginning to assume that the game wasn't going to happen. But at the E3 convention of 2011 it was suprisingly announced, that Sly Cooper, the original trademark for Sucker Punch, would be making his truimphant return in 2012, apparently, with the whole gang from Sly 3 in tow, as evidenced from Dimitri's appearance in the E3 trailer.
Story (THUS FAR): The pages from the theivius raccoonous have been dissappearing for no apparent reason. Sly, noticing this odd development, rejoins the gang, and uses Bentley's new time machine (mentioned during epilogue cutscene of sly 3) to fix the problem.
Other Info: The game is said to feature a new stealth system, new gadgets, new gameplay (alot of platforming has been mentioned) and more. The game is being co-produced by Sanzaru Games, the original producers of The Sly Collection.
Anyway ladies and gents Sly is back, and I must say, IT TOOK YA LONG ENOUGH!
