Non-flowering plants do not have sexual reproduction. They depend on wind and water to disperse their seeds.

what makes a plant? well a plant gives out oxygen its the only one living thing in existence that can create oxygen a can produce food

-----------------

Also cyanobacteria produce oxygen. There is a whole bunch of arguing going on as to whether these are plants or animals and what Kingdom they should go in. Aristotle first declared that there were two Kingdoms: plants and animals. Currently we work off of a six kingdom model: animals, plants, fungi, protozoa, bacteria and a critter called archeon. The argument is where to put the cyanobacteria (Blue-algae)

On the issue of "produces food", what organism doesn't produce food? It's called food chain. Good question.
