Not everyone does spot during pregnancy.. It isn't something I would wait for.. I did with my first but not at all with my second.

The question was when not can....some women would begin spotting during their second to third month or pregnancy but it shouldn't be more than that otherwise it would be something to worry about.

Some women never experience it. Some women have implantation bleeding around the time the fetus implants it's self into the womb. Other have it for a host of different reasons later in pregnancy. If you are pregnant and spotting you should call your Dr. If you experience any cramps, bright red or heavy bleeding, clots, fever, or stop to all pregnancy symptoms you should go to the ER right away.
