Last person wrote: "Summer of course". Being Maui residents, we get to see the island change through the seasons ... I love Maui even more when the whole island is green & lush (not just the rainforest areas). That would make any time other than Summer time my recommendation to visit here. Rainy seasons can be October/November ... then again in and March/April. The Jacaranda trees bloom upcountry in March-May ... quite a treat.
Its always a good time to visit Guam. Even during the rainy season, which is from June through December, there is sun.

How about Hawaii or Arizona?
Since Hawaii is one of two states in the US that don't have DST (Daylight Saving Time) the time difference depends on the time of year. If it is 11PM in New York and it is winter, it would be 6PM Hawaii Time. If it's not winter, 5PM.
Hawaii is in Hawaii-Aleutian standard time zone (or unofficially Hawaii Standard Time: HST) (HAST; UTC-10; zone W), which includes Hawaii and most of the length of the Aleutian Islands chain (west of 169°30′W).
Hawaii does not utilize Daylight Savings Time, so the time difference depends on the time of year. During the summer months (after you "Spring" forward), Hawaii is 3 hours behind California. During the winter months (after you "Fall" back), Hawaii is 2 hours behind California. ~Hawaii's official time zone is UTC/GMT -10 hours.
Late summer and early autumn is the best time.

There's no definite time as when you could visit Hawaii. Hawaii is open year round. It depends as to how you plan your trip. If you are looking for best deals, i think the time is April, May, September or October. If you don't like Cold and harsh winters, then the time is Jan or Feb. Or, if you plan a vacation with family i.e kids probably summer would be a choice.
