Many claim that the ipod touch 5th generation will come out between the months September and October. Apple has yet to release anything whatsoever about an ipod touch 5 but ipods are due for an update. Most ipod touches come out after the release of an iphone. Also most ipod touches have come out in the months of September. This ipod would most likely also come out after September because many teenagers would love to get an ipod touch 5 for Christmas making Apple many more sales. ipod touch 5 is not a sure thing yet but it should be expected very soon from apple.
