10 When reallocating memory if any other pointers point into the same piece of memory do you have to readjust these other pointers or do they get readjusted automatically?

As for pointers, I think you have to readjust them. Pointers are just variables that store a memory address in them. You can have as many pointers that point to a single location in memory as you want.

I am assuming you are talking about realloc. Realloc returns a pointer to the position in memory where the resized buffer is held. This pointer could be the same as your old pointer because the system was able to expand or contract the memory allocated without having to outright move it. In this case, you would be lucky if you did not fix your pointers. However, realloc is also able to completely move the data elsewhere in memory. If you didn't update your old pointers then you're out of luck. Realloc won't even update the pointer you passed to the function.

Why does the current rise when the voltage drops?
It is not generally true that current increases when the voltage decreases. Ohms law for a simple resistor says that current is proportional to voltage.
