When removing the cover from a computer, you should take care to remove only the screws that hold the cover on. Otherwise, you may remove more than what you intend. For instance, unless you want to remove the power supply unit, there is no reason to remove its screws.

∙ 14y agoSome power supplies are in very poorly designed cases will instantly fall once the screws that hold them in place are removed. This can damage the CPU heatsink and add-on cards when the power supply falls on them.

Once this is out remove 3 screws holding the glove compartment in place. Remove the glove compartment. There is a metal trim piece that held the glove compartment in that you remove with a couple of screws. Then remove the filter cover (it snaps right off). Remove and replace the filters. Reverse the procedure to finish.
