While acupuncture may sound painful with there being a lot of needles being stuck in the body it actually is supposed to be a great method of relaxing the body and making you feel at peace. You would think so, but no. I had it done years ago. You do feel a little stick, but after a while, you don't feel anything. Just close your eyes and relax. You feel a slight pinch when the needles are inserted and at times you can feel pins and needles around where the needles are but no pain at all. Its so relaxing - well worth the money.
