Assuming I understand your question:

The brakes are worn on one side because they are only or primarily working on that side. This should cause the car to pull toward that side when braking.

Why does your 2004 trail blazer fishtail?

Your tires are worn out, or your accelerating too hard. Or is it only when you break? it means you need to replace our brakes, one side might be more worn out than another, so when you brake one side may get more grip and make it turn.

What would cause a metallic whine from the driver side front wheel of a 99 Saab 93 when turning the car to the left it only happens while moving?

Check the brakes. You might have worn disk brake pads and if your vehicle has worn brake sensors, it can make that kind of sound.

What could cause a car to make a terrible grinding noise if the brakes have been checked and they are perfectly fine?

A BAD Axle or Wheel Bearing.!!! Is that only happening while the brakes are applied, or all the time? It could be that the inner pads are worn down to the metal, and whoever checked the brakes, missed it. One only has to rub fingers on the back side of the rotor to confirm this. If the pads are not suare with the rotor, they will look good from the top, but will be cutting up the rotor at the bottom. If it makes the noise all the time, then you might have a wheel bearing out, or a tire breaking down/worn tread. When the brakes were checked did they check the bearings? is this sound coming only from the front? if heard in the rear as well check that the emergency brakes are not locking up.

Breaks on a car only 2 wheels are stopping?

Your brakes may have worn out from to much usage or the tires may be flat and the brakes can reach them

Why do your brakes only grind every couple days?

If your brakes are grinding at all, you need to inspect the brake pads. I suspect you will find your pads are worn out.

Why do the brakes lock up on your 2003 Chevy venture when you reverse?

Your rear brakes (drum) are probably so worn out that the shoes are trying to rotate with the drum and lock up. There is an adjuster inside the drum & you might can tighten the shoes, but if they are that worn out, then replace the brake shoes.
