Tighten the stem
Turn the handlebars to the left and on the frame just in front of the radiator should be the VIN number.
check for any obstructions on the frame if there is anything get it off

No. If you had the tires angled left while waiting to turn left and you were rear ended, you would be pushed into the oncoming traffic.
as long as the lug pattern is the same and the tires dont scrub when you turn it should be fine.
When the throttle is closed.
turn the handlebars to the left the vin is noticed now on the right side of the neck,
turn into your skid, then straighten out your wheels ( you have to focus when you drive, your tires do not slip off the edge by themselves)
because if you dont you turn gay
You might have to oil the stem or post in between the handle bars and the forks. Also you should try loosening them up.
You let go of the throttle completely, turn the handlebars which ever way you want, and then lean into it and gun it.
The vehicle identification number (V.I.N.) is the frame number stamped into the steering head of the frame just under the handlebars and top fork clamp. Turn the handlebars full lock in either direction to find it. One side of the steering head has the ID tag with the VIN printed on it. Turn the handlebars the opposite way and you will find the VIN stamped directly into the frame steering head on the other side.
