Animal feed stores are often good sources of great quality canned dog food, and SOME pet stores. The healthiest brand is"Canidae" (Latin for canine). It's a smaller company that cares about your dog. Even the minerals are chelated for better absorption. They make their own food on their premises so you have no fear of contamination like the so-called good companies as Iams, Science Diet, Nature's Recipe. You want a brand that uses brown rice rather than white rice, for example, and most don't because brown rice costs a little more. No dog should live on canned food only, it needs dry food as well, in greater amounts than meat. Canidae also makes dry food.
