The best way to revise is;
1. Write all your notes down and key information on some paper. Read through it, memorise it.
2. watch TV for 10 mins, or keep your self occupied for 10 mins (NOT REVISING).
3. After 10mins, scan quickly through your notes and say them out loud. Say as much as you can without looking at your notes, walk around if you have to, shout whatever helps you. This is how I revise, and it's great. I usually have some music in the background just to lighten the mood and it usually motivates me to achieve what I can!
Good luck! Hope I helped! There is also a brilliant site called 'Kerboodle'. It has all the AQA text books you use at school, so that has pretty much everything you need for GCSE! Take a look, what have you got to loose?
Good luck again!:)
the later the better, i revised the day before, knew everything. if i started revising earlier, I would have forgot everything
ended up 9A* and 1 U grade-the U WAS IN FRENCH.
Actually, I have to disagree. I think it is better to be prepared for GCSE's like a few weeks rather than the day before the exam. If you are afraid of forgetting everything in your coursework. You should start writing notes, mind map, or anything to help you remember all the things that your teacher tell you in class. It does not really do a lot if you just read everything from your notebook and textbook. Trust me, I tried that and my grades were much better when I actually write notes.
Besides writing notes isn't a waste of time since once you are done with GCSE, you can sell your notes to those that actually don't have the time or they are too lazy to write notes. Its worth some money.
Anyway, I think a few weeks, or a month maybe is the right time to start revising. You can even prepare yourself from term 1 since there is Mocks to be worried about. Mocks is important.
French means belonging or relating to France, or to its people, language, or culture.

you choose your gcse's in year 9 but you star them in year 10. The work you do from year 10 to the end of year 11 is your gcse's. You may have exams throughout both of these years . :)
You will have to check with your school, I know a student who did a polish gcse at my school.
If you want to be a doctor, you should take Geography for GCSE and not Drama.

Because if you take GCSE you will have more opportunities to get in the university in Europe. But if you have the Change to do IGCSE then go for that its not that different but its a preferable side. :)
University's like it if you do a language at GCSE, but you shouldn't need it to be a lawyer.

Tech, Maths, and Physics
Most children take french GCSE in year 10 but in specialised language collages such as one in Stockport they take it in year 9 because they're clever.
GCSE's are hard for some, and easy for others. I suggest that you work hard on them, if you are about to take them, so you can get into college/ work. Good luck!
You can go to college and take your GCSE's there.
