I am very new at Surfing on the net.
If you can send me a link, I would really appreciate it.
Sadly no, using pokesav yes. I love pokesav XD
Try using Pokesav. You can create any Pokemon with any move, stat, or ability; along with contest conditions, ribbons, and the ability to make it shiny. Here's the Pokesav: http://projectpokemon.org/editing/pokesav/
Pokesav is a computer program programmed by a Japanese programmer. You can edit pearl, platinum and diamond files through Pokesav. There is also one more version where in you can edit Pearl and Diamond file and yet another where you can edit just Platinum file. We can use Pokesav in 2 different ways. Firstly, you have to transfer the Pokemon save file to the computers hard disk and use Pokesav to edit it. There is also another method by which you can use Action Replay Codes or AR Codes using Pokesav and then edit the game. Editing files saved is much simpler than AR codes. But you can use any method which is easier. There are 2 methods, using AR Codes and using Flash Cart. For step by step rules, you can refer the link in sources.
there isn't one you can use pokesav or azure Flute with the shiny encounter code but there isn't a actual code for shiny arceus by it's self unless you or smebody creates it using pokesav
there is none the only way you can get them is by using pokesav go to google and type pokesav once your on it you can teach yourself or you can go to youtube and watch a tutorial

You can't create your own images for the Pokemon or attacks (Though there maybe developments in the future allowing you to do so). But you can make Pokemon mashups with Pokesav. In the Pokesav program you can choose what level, the name, and attacks for the Pokemon. As well as many other stats. i think you can generate codes for that using pokesav.
Go to Youtube and type in "Pokesav" There will be a video from a dude named "Hall of Bards" The video is about ten minutes long and the dude says "It doesn't really matter" way too many times, but the instructions are good. Enjoy

Try using pokesav. Learn more on youtube.com.
You may use Pokesav to edit your save file, or you can try using Action Replay codes if you find any.
