Yes, according to The Bible - New Testament
Jesus [('Isa) Peace be unto him] was of miraculous conception w/out doubt! See Surah Maryam as proof in the Reminder also known as the Qur'an!
No one knows the details, just that Mary became pregnant while still a virgin and an angel told her that it was God's plan.
Jesus was born of a woman, but his father was not a human father.
Jesus' Father was God the Father.
When Mary was conceived in her mothers womb.
Because He was conceived in her womb and she gave birth to Him.
I would say yes because during the Annunciation after the Virgin Mary agreed to be the Mother of Jesus immediately the Holy Spirit came over her and conceived Jesus in her womb.
From Jesus no miracles occurred because of the people of Nazareth not believing Jesus was the sent One from God. There was one miracle in Nazareth however and that was when the Holy Spirit overshadowed Mary and she conceived Jesus in her womb (Luke 1:35).
This sentence is taken from the prayer, the "Hail Mary" and the Gospel of St. Luke 1:42 "Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb." The "Hail Mary" is addressing Mary, the mother of God. It is her womb that is being spoken of in this sentence. The fruit of Mary's womb, that is, the child born of it, is Jesus. "blessed" is the predicate of "Jesus", Who is the fruit of Mary's womb. The sense is thus: "Blessed is Jesus, the fruit of thy womb".

No, Never, the Immaculate Conception refers to the conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the womb of her mother, Anne. Our Blessed Lord, Jesus Christ, was NOT conceived, He was incarnated in the womb of the Blessed Virgin nine months before Christmas.
Roman Catholic AnswerThe Visitation to which you are referring was when Mary was visiting her kinswoman, Elizabeth. Elizabeth was "in her sixth month" and Mary had just conceived Jesus after The Annunication. The "blessed is the fruit of thy womb" comment was made by Elizabeth in Luke 1:42. At that time Mary was at the house of Zachary and Elizabeth which was in the hill country, in a town of Juda.

It means St. Mary is conceived in Her Mother's womb without original sin.
Roman Catholic AnswerImmaculately conceived means "conceived without original sin". Adam and Eve were "immaculate" as they were created without original sin, but they were not conceived (they didn't have a mother and father). The only person who was conceived, in the normal manner, but was conceived immaculately, was the Blessed Virgin Mary. The Immaculate Conception refers to the fact that Mary, from the first moment of her conception was protected from the stain of original sin that every other human being has inherited from Adam and Eve. This honor was due to the fact that she would bear the son of God in her womb, and sin can not be anywhere near His Conception. Please note that the Immaculate Conception refers exclusively to Mary's conception in the womb of her mother, Anne. It has nothing to do with Jesus' conception.
First we have to remember that the Son of God has existed forever because He is God. But when God the Son came to dwell on earth with man He came as a baby and grew into manhood. At Birth He was called Jesus. So Jesus the baby grew in the womb of Mary. Jesus' human body was made the same way you and I was made in the womb except He was not conceived by the seed of man. When Jesus and we were developed ( 9 months) we were born.
