Air in Power Steering pump. Drive car for a while & see if air purges it's self from pump
A puller/installer tool can be purchased from NAPA that removes and installes the pullies on all pwer steering pumps. It is made by KD tools and comes in a handy little red box with instructions.
It's under your dash on the right side of the steering column. it looks like a little silver metal canister. If you are talking about the turn signal/ hazzard light flasher that is.
Clicking or a little popping noise means they feel happy the little hissing noise can mean many things but since it came after the clicking I'm pretty sure she was expressing how happy she was
remove the negative terminal on the battery find the little wire tahe runs to the starter remember the colorsfind that same wire underneath the steering column cut the wire and put a toggle switch on the wire.
They changed from mostly black with little white to mostly white with a little black
you have to use your menu buttons on your steering wheel to get to the right place. sorry cant tell you exactly cuz all Mercedes are a little diffrent.

Hello yes there is two signal flashers on the 2000 eldorado take the cover off from under the dash under the steering wheel one is silver to your right the other is to the left sitting in the corner a black little box.
A reservoir.
Because your car is not smart enough to know the oil was changed. there should be three little buttons to the left or right of the steering wheel. After hitting one of them it will show you 0% oil life in the display. Hold the reset (sometimes called setup) button and you are done.
It's on the corner of the steering wheel. With little horn signs. It's not in the middle of the steering wheel.
If you have tilt steering, there should be a switch or little pull lever on the left side of the steering wheel, but i havent had a tilt in any of my Paseo's xP
