Sounds like the starter is defective. Remove the starter and have it bench tested.
click start (in the bottom left corner) go to all programs find Microsoft Office (click) then click Power point

start---settings---control panel---power options or start---run then type in "powercfg.cpl" (without the quotes) and click "ok"
Turn off the power when your just about to win the race then click on the power button. When you do that the power will not shut off. then click the x button and freeze time will start on the other players. then you can start shutting off your power.

It needs fuel, compression and spark to start and run. You're missing one of those.

Click on Start > Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings > Click the + sign next to Hard disk > Click the + sign next to Turn off hard disk after > Click on either option to adjust the power-down time - and click 'Apply' and Save Changes.
have you replaced and or tested both coils? are you getting no spark on the intake and the exaust sides?
