you will have to do a process of elimination. have the battery checked to see if you have a dead cell. just because you have power doesnt mean you have enough cranking amps to start the car. if that's not it, could be the solonoid or the starter. it sounds like it's the battery though.
Believe it or not we cant hear that clicking noise on the roof, a description will help you get an answer...
The clicking may be the belt tensioner clicking. I know that mine is causeing a clicking noise. If you get a friend to help you, you will be able to see it happen if that is the case.
The obvious answer.. TAKE IT TO A VET
You need to locate the source of the noise to determine why then we can help you fix it.
My 93 Stealth es was doing the same thing..low battery or starter it was on mine, replace both and sound is gone.
A clicking noise is not a common sound for a bad ring and pinion or axle bearings. Use electronic chassis ears (denlors ste6600) to help pinpoint the source of the noise. U-joints in the driveshaft could make a clicking noise although it should click or make more noise on acceleration. I know you said it didn't, but listen REALLY carefully, and if it's still there when you are hitting the gas it could be your struts or your wheel bearings.
No, no one can help you. I suggest you abandon software, and compose vocal motets.
the sound that it makes is a dinging noise... or like a loud noise, it depends what type of phosphorus it is..hope that coult help you gd
that's not a question....but if anyone could help me, i have a 91 cavalier and one day, i was honking the horn and it just cut out.....i know its not the fuses, and that it has something to do with the wires b/c the front part of the horn on the steering wheel comes off......all i can get it to do is make a clicking noise
No.
happy rainbows! This Monkey that amswered above is not a help to anyone
I belive there is a recall on the turn siganl switch for those cars, I would check about that first, call a GM dealer with your VIN and they can tell you if it is included in the recall and whether it has been done already or not. I doubt that will solve all of your problems, but it couldn't hurt.
