When your lifting is it better to do the same muscle workout after another or to do one muscle workout then do the opposite muscle workout?

You don't need to, and in fact you very likely will not notice a difference. But it is a good source of protein and it is important to have energy (which would of course also come from carbs) before your workout. It would probably better to have the whey immediately afterwards however.

Hi, the best choice is having daily 2 table spoon amway nutrilite. That before you start workout and after you finished workout. Make a cup of milk or hot water mix the powder. For better result, have a Banana or an Apple with it.
