Yes you will lose access to the Zoo and other membership features. You will get to keep 2 Moshlings though.
However, if, at a later date, you decide to pay for a membership again, you will get them back.

Yes. Moshlings stay in your Moshling Zoo even if you do not get a paid Moshi Membership for a long time. Any Moshlings you attract as a free Basic Member will also still be in your Moshling Zoo.
How can you have 3 moshlings in your room at once on Moshi Monsters?
It depends on the type of membership you have on Moshi Monsters. If you have a free Basic Membership, you can only have two moshlings. If you have a paid Moshi Membership, you may have 6 moshlings in your room and unlimited moshlings in your Moshling Zoo. You can change moshlings in your room by going to your Moshling Zoo.

mine hasn't yet, but i think everything stays the same apart from your moshlings and i think when your membership expires your moshlings go into storage and when you buy the membership again they come back for you to continue collecting them:') i don't think they would make them all just vanish for ever after all the work it takes to collect them x
