though I can't honestly say it was the first ever, the first time I heard this was at a show in 2002 in Massachusetts
it hadn't started in 95, as it can't be heard on live at red rocks
I believe it started at the Gorge Amphitheater in Washington state. I also believe it was Stefan who got the whole thing going. I remember it starting during the Summer tour of 2002.

The 'woos' were thought up by Warehouse members after they received a live recording of the song 'Warehoue' as a special Warehouse member benefit. It quickly caught on and now is being said by the entire audience and not just by Warehouse members.
