go to sootopolis city but the door is locked to the gym so fly to mossdeep city surf down allitle there will be dark water use dive beat team aqua/magma and beat or catch kyogre/groudon and youll be able to go in the gym.Go south of Mossdeep to where the water is darker and use dive there. Keep going south underwater and you will find the entrance to the Team Aqua hideout. You have to defeat Archie, the Team Aqua leader.
