Most sightings have been in the southern US. Although I consider myself a believer and am open to the fact that there is something out there, most sightings are just for publicity. The whole "Monkey see, monkey do" thing. However, ancient civilizations and many Egyptian artifacts have also recorded strange phenomena with writings and drawings on the walls. To research further, I recommend you read the book, Chariots of the Gods. It contains everything I have mentioned and more, leaving you open to make your own decision in whether you believe or not.
That information isn't compiled. UFO statistics can only be compiled for sitings reported and/or publicized. To add to the problem, there are places in the world that there is no public or media entity to report a siting to, those people tell their family and their neighbors but that's all that comes of it.
The most sightings have occured in the United States of America, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, many middle eastern countries and Japan.
North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania are common and well known for UFO activity
Usually over military bases and large urban cities.
There seem to be more sightings over or near military bases, world conflicts and some large cities. I have no idea why but Mexico, usually Mexico City, has more than it's share of sightings.

Many people claim to have seen UFOs.
UFOs are spotted all over the world. Less developed areas of the world with less light pollution.
The desert of New Mexico seems to be a hot spot for them.
Not a single. Not proved presence of UFO
UFOs are very often seen on Earth, and nobody knows what is inside of one. If there are truly UFOs from space, when they supposedly come to Earth they may already be learning from us.
Hundreds of UFOs are reported every year on every continent of the world.
