Where are the fuses located for the tail lights in Toyota corolla estate car 1993?

In a 1993 Corolla the fuses for the taillights are up under the dashboard. Left of the steering wheel. Behind the fold down coin holder, and a REAL pain to get to. One of the very few things I don't like about my Corolla, accessibility of that fuse box
