its a boxer engine, meaning the pistons are pointing straight to the left and right of the car at a 180 degree angle.. parallel to the ground. same with the spark plugs. they are pointing almost straight sideways, 2 on the left and 2 on the right. follow the spark plug wires. to change them, you'll need to remove the washer fluid container of the right side, and the intake and air box on the left to give you some room.
