According to the Wikipedia (a division of The Wikimedia Foundation) article based on President Obama, President Obama's father died in 1982 in a car accident, but the Wikipedia article based on President Obama, didn't state anywhere w/ in the article on whether or NOT President Obama's mother is deceased or NOT.

Who did Robert the Bruce marry?
According to the Wikipedia article on him, Robert The Bruce married Isabella of Mar, the daughter of Domhnall I, Earl of Mar, in 1295. She died before 1302. In that year he married Elizabeth de Burgh, the daughter of Richard de Burgh, 2nd Earl of Ulster. Together they had four children. He is also said to have had several illegitimate children by unknown mothers.

Are human rights different for children than for adults?
No. All humans are all entitled to the same rights. In addition children need more protection since they are more vulnerable.
