Go to an auto parts store or bookstore and buy a Haynes manual. It will be the best investment you can make in regards to your car.

The layout is on the cover panel of the fuse box. Otherwise, you'll have to buy a manual.
Inside the Glove Box the factory Booklet has the fuse panel layout with explanation of each fuse (i.e. Fuse 5 - Horn-20amp, etc.). If you don't have a booklet BUY ONE at a junk yaqrd or parts store.

A motor manual. buy a chilton manual for 88 blazers you can find them in any parts store for about 20.00$ they will have a fuse box diagram.
You can buy a bunch of different fuses and a tester for about 12 bucks. No way to know for sure unless you test. Look inside fuse box for diagram. Test fuse either in the panel or out. Only way to be sure.

Replace the blinker relay, located on the fuse panel. Buy it at any automotive parts dealer.
the diagram is glued to the inside of hatch panel you removed to expose the fuse block.some time they fall off.if it did fall off go to a bone yard and find your year and buy the panel .it is like 3 bucks at u pull it that will help you locate the fuses you are looking for.......all the best...........buddy mack.
