Open the file with Excel 2007 and save as an Excel 2007 file. Other than that, you might be able to find a file converter program to do it for you, but I am not sure why.
Excel 2007 uses ribbons rather than menus. You will find many of the formatting options on the Home ribbon.

It is stated that the Minitab functions as a dedicated statistical-analysis tool. Some of the ways to find the Minitab in Excel 2007 is by migrating the graph, pasting the graph, or by pressing Ctrl-C.
