Well, welding fume extractors aren't that cheap in general, but you're best hope is finding a used fume extractor, or to buy a new one online. A product search will show you the best fume extractors, although I would look for one under $1200.

Technical or trade schools in your area are the places you can go to get certified as a master welder; they are usually attached to your local university.
A Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) is a document that provides variables and conditions of a welding procedure that is produced for a very specific application. To write one properly, experimentation and calculations must be done to find the correct parameters for the procedure. To generalize, a WPS must include all known parameters of the process; including process type, current, current type, voltage, shielding gas type, shielding gas flow rate, base metal, electrode type and size, filler metal type and size, joint design, and travel speed. There may be more variables than listed, depending on the application. One must also remember that on a WPS, ranges for variables are used that are adjustable by the welder or welding operator. Ex. Current (Amperage) 150-170 A instead of just saying 155 A. To find these ranges is where calculations are necessary.
if you have a base line of say 10FT then all you have to do is go to your stop point and count back say 3FT then go back to you stop point and go up 4FT then all you have to do is make your 5FT mark from the 3FT to the 4FT and then you should have a right angle...

No, You should always go to a professional piercer with experience! Never go to a place like Claires or the Icing or even Walmart. Also be prepared for a lot of pain, Industrial piercings will hurt for sometimes more than a year after getting them done.

It depends on what you are welding. If you are doing welding on mild steel go with MIG welding; if it is aluminum or stainless steel then use TIG welding. TIG welding gives a nice looking finish. If you just want to get a decent look, then MIG is preferable and easy.

yes you can go to numrich.com they have tons of parts
I'm guessing you mean how do you make an Extractor to gather Vespene gases? The only race that can build an extractor is the Zerg race in which case you would select a drone go to its basic mutation tab then select Mutate ExtractorThere is a hotkey for it and that is press the 'B' key for "Basic mutation" then press the 'E' key for "Extractor"
There doesn't appear to be any welding schools in the southwest portion of Florida. There are two in Jacksonville, though. The first one is called the "Tulsa Welding School" at 904-646-9353. The other is "Southeastern Welding School" at 904-781-8701.
Travel speed, as it is called, should be the same in all welding positions. Travel speed determines the size of the weld.
