With proper "permiso's" and the right equipment,(including a healthy financial situation, anywhere! I "hitchiked" there, twice, and spent a total of about eight months "on the ice" as the "locals" refer to it , and another couple of months on King George Island, working for a logistic support entity. Great Fun!!
