Any fruit and vegetable can be organic. Organic is a way of growing that uses natural ways to control weeds and pests, along with natural ways to build up the soil. It is a chemical and GMO free growing method. So, an apple is organic if it grown organically, as is a pear, peach, potato, carrot, pepper or any other fruit or vegetable.
Veggie Wash, the vegetable washing consumer product, claims to use "natural cleaners made from citrus, corn and coconut" and the web site states "it will not harm you if consumed" . Whether you would want to consume it or not is another question. My guess is it tastes bad. An all natural Veggie cleanser is a little Apple Cider Vinegar in plain Water. Note: this tastes bad too.
